IMPORTANT NOTE FOR DOCUMENT SUBMISSION

with a maximum file size of 3MB per PDF.

Venezuela Visa Application Requirements

1. Passport with a validity period of more than 6 months from arrival and old passport.
2. 2 sheets of recent color passport photos, size 4cm x 6cm with a white background, printed on photo paper, with good printing quality and clear appearance.
3. Financial proof for the last 3 months in the form of a photocopy of Bank Statement or Savings Account (from the front page showing the name and account number up to the last transaction page).
4. Photocopy of Family Card.
5. If the name on the passport is different, attach a photocopy of the Name Change Certificate.
6. If the wife is traveling along, attach a photocopy of the Marriage Certificate.
7. If children are traveling along and still in school, attach: Photocopy of Student ID Card, Photocopy of Birth Certificate.
8. Original Ticket.
9. Form fully filled out and signed by the applicant. For children who do not have an ID card (KTP), the form is signed by both parents.
10. Sponsor letter in English on the company letterhead where the person works, with the following provisions:
    • If other people/family members are traveling along, state the name and status of those persons.
    • If the position is General Manager, Director, President Director, or Commissioner, a photocopy of NPWP (Tax ID) and SIUP (Business License) must be included.
    • If running an own business and there is no company letterhead, the letter should be typed on plain white paper stamped with the shop stamp, and include a photocopy of NPWP and SIUP.
    • If sponsored by a child, attach a photocopy of the child’s Birth Certificate proving the relationship.
    • If sponsored by a son-in-law / daughter-in-law, attach a photocopy of the child’s Marriage Certificate and child’s Birth Certificate proving the relationship.
    • If retired, the letter should be typed on plain white paper and signed by oneself.

NOTES

1. Visa processing duration is calculated after all document requirements are fully received.
2. For Business Visa, there must be an invitation letter on the inviter’s company letterhead.
3. No refund for visa fees if canceled by the applicant or if the visa is rejected by the embassy.
4. The success of obtaining a visa is entirely under the authority of the Embassy.
5. Visa prices and document requirements are subject to change at any time without prior notice in accordance with the Embassy.
6. For photos, please pay attention to the photo specifications.

Photo Specifications

Recent photo within the last 6 months in color with 80% face focus from the photo size specifications of 35mmX 45mm = 2 sheets.

• Must be clear, bright, and taken against a white or other light-colored background.
• If your photo is digital, make sure there are no alterations whatsoever.
• Your face must align with the camera with a neutral expression, not smiling or frowning with mouth closed.
• Glasses for reading/nearsightedness are allowed as long as your eyes are clearly visible. Ensure frame does not cover eyes. Dark glasses are not allowed.
• Wigs or makeup are allowed if they do not disguise your everyday appearance.
• If you must wear head covering for religious reasons, make sure your face is not covered/obscured.
• Photo size 35\text{ mm} \times 45\text{ mm} (1~3/8″ X 1~3/4″).
• The photo must show the entire front of the head, with the face centered and showing the top of your shoulders.
• Your head size from the top of the head to the chin must be between 31 mm (1″) and 36 mm (1~7/16″).
• If your photo does not meet the requirements, you must provide a new photo before your application is processed by us.
