Booking and Reservation
- Inquiries and Quotes: All travel inquiries, customized itinerary designs, and service quotes provided by our team are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until an official booking confirmation is issued.
- Down Payment (DP): To secure your booking, flights, accommodations, or transport solutions, a specific down payment (DP) must be settled after the proposal approval.
- Final Settlement: The remaining balance must be fully paid before the specified departure date as outlined in your corporate agreement or invoice.
Custom Tours and Itinerary Changes
- Tailor-Made Packages: For corporate outings, group gatherings, and exclusive tours, itineraries are custom-built based on the client’s initial requests.
- Modifications: While we strive to maintain the agreed schedule, JT Pratama reserves the right to adjust itineraries on the field due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic logistics, flights delays, or sudden venue closures.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Client Cancellations: Any cancellation requests made by the client must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility, percentages, and cancellation fees will depend strictly on the policies of our third-party vendors (airlines, hotels, train operators, and local transport).
- Non-Refundable Fees: Down payments and fees for fast-track document processing (passports/visas) are generally non-refundable once the official process has commenced.
Travel Documents
- Client Responsibility: It is the client’s absolute responsibility to ensure that all personal travel documents (including passports with at least 6 months validity, identity cards, and health certificates if required) are valid and accurate.
- Visa Approvals: While JT Pratama provides professional assistance for international visa applications, the final approval or rejection is entirely at the discretion of the respective country’s embassy.
Limitation of Liability
JT Pratama works with verified third-party partners (such as transport operators, hotels, and tour guides) to deliver our services. JT Pratama shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss of property, delays, or additional expenses caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or strikes.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
