United Kingdom Visa Application Requirements

1. Passport with a minimum validity of the last 8 months and Old Passport + photocopy of all pages
2. Scan of all passport pages
3. Original Sponsor Letter from office / from both parents (In English)
4. Husband’s Consent Letter (if not traveling along, and attach a copy of Husband’s ID Card/KTP)
5. 2 sheets of color passport photos, size 3.5c} x 4.5cm (background must be white & printed on photo paper & ears visible, face enlarged 80%)
6. Bank Reference Letter showing the name, account number, balance, and since when transactions started (In English)
7. Photocopy of Financial Proof for at least the last 3 months
8. Photocopy of ID Card/KTP (+ Translate in English)
9. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (+ Translate in English)
10. Photocopy of Family Card/KK (+ Translate in English)
11. Photocopy of Child’s Birth Certificate (+ Translate in English)
12. Student ID Card + School Reference Letter (in English)
13. Print Out Ticket
14. Hotel Confirmation
15. Invitation Letter from Company in the UK (For Business Trip)
16. Photocopy of SIUP (Business License, if applicable) (+ Translate in English)

NOTES

The validity period of the multiple entry UK visa is 6 months starting from the entry date attached in your documents (according to ticket and hotel bookings).
