Switzerland Visa Application Requirements

1. Passport with a minimum validity of 9 months (copy of passport pages 1-3 & 48) + old passport
2. 2 sheets of recent color passport photos, size 3.5cm x 4.5cm (80% face focus & background must be white)
3. Sponsor Letter (In English) from Company / both parents / Husband
4. Husband’s Consent Letter (if not traveling along, and attach a copy of Husband’s ID Card/KTP)
5. Copy of SIUP (Business License)
6. Original Bank Reference Letter
7. Financial proof for the last 3 months (Bank Statement must be legalized or if savings passbook must be printed directly from the bank and legalized, photocopies of savings passbook only are not accepted) where Salary is transferred
8. Payslips for the last 3 months (Original + Copy)
9. Copy of ID Card (KTP)
10. Copy of Family Card (KK)
11. Copy of Marriage Certificate
12. Copy of Child’s Birth Certificate + Student ID Card + School Reference Letter
13. Copy of Name Change Certificate (if applicable)
14. Print out Ticket
15. Domestic Ticket Booking or Eurail ticket
16. Hotel Confirmation from Switzerland
17. Travel Insurance (coverage must be min. EUR 30,000) cover Covid
18. City Hall Letter, Invitation Letter, Guarantee to return to Indonesia & inviter’s identity (CNI, Carte de Sejour) * specifically for staying with family
19. Applicant must attend in person even if already VIS
