Sweden Visa Application Requirements

1. Passport with a minimum validity of the last 9 months + Old passport
2. Copy of identity passport pages (front page, back page, and Schengen visas)
3. 2 sheets of recent color passport photos, size 3.5cm x 4.5cm (Background must be White, face enlarged 80%)
4. Sponsor Letter from Company (In English)
5. Husband’s Consent Letter in English + duty stamp (if not traveling along, and attach a copy of Husband’s ID Card/KTP)
6. Invitation Letter from a company in Sweden (if business)
7. Print Out Ticket
8. Hotel Confirmation
9. Travel insurance (minimum coverage of EUR 30,000)
10. Copy of ID Card (KTP) translated to English
11. Copy of Family Card (KK) translated to English
12. Original Bank Reference Letter (In English)
13. Copy of financial proof for at least the last 3 months (Bank Statement or Savings Passbook photocopied from the front page showing the name up to the last transaction page)
14. Copy of Marriage Certificate translated to English
15. Copy of Name Change Certificate (if applicable)
16. Copy of Birth Certificate translated to English
17. Original School Reference Letter (In English)
18. Copy of SIUP (Business License)
19. Travel insurance
20. Itinerary during the trip
