France Visa Application Requirements
- Original passport with a minimum validity of 9 months + (photocopy of passport pages 1-3 & 48) + old passport
- 2 sheets of recent color passport photos, size 3.5cm x 4.5cm (80% face focus & background must be white)
- Sponsor Letter (In English) from the Company, separate sponsor letter for each applicant’s name
- Husband’s Consent Letter (if not traveling along, and attach a copy of the Husband’s ID Card/KTP)
- Photocopy of SIUP (Business License)
- Original Bank Reference Letter
- Financial proof for the last 3 months (Bank Statement/Savings Account)
- Payslip (for employees)
- Photocopy of ID Card (KTP)
- Photocopy of Family Card (KK)
- Photocopy of Marriage Certificate
- Photocopy of Child’s Birth Certificate
- School Reference Letter (in English) + student ID card
- Photocopy of Name Change Certificate (if applicable)
- Ticket Reservation
- Hotel Confirmation, must include the name of each applicant
- Booking of domestic tickets or eurorail tickets
- Business invitation letter from a company in France (if for business purposes)
- Travel Insurance (coverage must be a minimum of EUR 30,000)
