Dubai Visa Application Requirements
Passport must be valid for at least 8 months from the arrival date.
Flight ticket reservation must be confirmed (no changes allowed); issued tickets must be attached once the embassy approves the visa.
The processing time is 2 weeks prior to departure date with the condition that the Ticket must already be issued.
Color photocopy of the front and back pages of the Passport.
Hotel confirmation.
Photocopy of ID Card (KTP) and Family Card (KK).
English Sponsor Letter on Letterhead:
Listing all applicant names.
For General Manager, Director, President Director, Commissioner positions, MUST attach NPWP + SIUP.
If sponsored by a child, attach Family Card (KK) & Child’s Birth Certificate proving the relationship.
If sponsored by a son/daughter-in-law, attach Marriage Certificate & Child’s Birth Certificate proving the relationship.
Indonesian Nationality (KIMS is not allowed).
Name in the Passport MUST NOT consist of only a single word… example:
Mathius / Mr (not allowed)
Mathius / Tarigan Mr (allowed)
If the name in the Passport consists of a single word, we suggest the Pax to perform a “Names Should Be Read” addition first at the Immigration office where the Passport was issued.
