Denmark Visa Application Requirements

1. Passport with a minimum validity of the last 9 months + Old passport
2. Sponsor Letter from the Company (In English)
3. Husband’s Consent Letter (if not traveling along, and attach a copy of the Husband’s ID Card/KTP)
4. 3 sheets of recent color passport photos, size 3.5 x 4.5 with 80% face focus
5. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate
6. Photocopy of ID Card (KTP)
7. Photocopy of Family Card (KK)
8. Photocopy of Child’s Birth Certificate
9. Photocopy of Student ID Card + School Reference Letter (in English)
10. Photocopy of financial proof for at least the last 3 months (Bank Statement / Savings), min. Rp50 million/person
11. Bank reference
12. Print Out Ticket
13. Domestic Ticket if traveling to other Schengen countries
14. Hotel Confirmation which must be signed by the hotel manager on the official hotel letterhead
15. Travel Insurance (minimum coverage of EUR 30,000 or USD 50,000)
16. Photocopy of SIUP (Business License)
17. Name change certificate (if applicable)
18. If there is a child residing in Denmark, attach a photocopy of their Passport + Visa + birth certificate + invitation letter
19. Fill out the form completely and signed; for children, it must be signed by both parents
