IMPORTANT NOTE FOR DOCUMENT SUBMISSION

with a maximum file size of 3MB per PDF.

China Visa Application Requirements

1. Original passport with a minimum validity of 9 months
2. Photocopy of passport front page + back page that contains the address
3. 2 sheets of recent color passport photos, size 3.3cm x 4.8cm (Background must be white, clothing color must contrast)
4. Photocopy of ID Card (KTP)
5. Photocopy of Family Card (KK)
6. Civil Servants (PNS) – must include grade/group, level, rank, and position
7. For Journalists, Reporters, Artists, Religious Leaders (religious leaders are required to interview):
   a. Statement Letter from the Applicant (on Letterhead with Company stamp) stating that they will not conduct any coverage, reporting, or religious activities in China (Tourist Visa)
   b. Itinerary listing the route, hotels, tickets, and contact person in China (Tourist Visa)
   c. Attach a Calling Visa from China and a Sponsor Letter from the Company in Indonesia & China (Business Visa)
8. Foreigners (WNA) – KITAS (original & Copy)
9. Business Name Card (if employee)
10. Photocopy of Student ID Card (if student)
11. Photocopy of Child’s Birth Certificate (if the child is traveling along)
12. Confirmed Ticket Booking (printed like an Itinerary with a GDS – Global Distribution System logo)
13. Confirmed Hotel Reservation during the trip
14. Sponsor from the Company (if business)
15. Invitation Letter from China, complete with the travel itinerary (if business)
16. Fill out the manual China Visa Form

NOTE

China Visa Photo Regulations

1. Photos must be size 3.3cm x 4.8cm with a white background. If it is slightly yellow, the embassy will not accept it. It must be truly white.
2. Glasses are not allowed
3. White clothes are not allowed
4. Face focus 70%
5. The photo paper used must be good, thick, and glossy
6. Ears must be visible for those who do not wear a hijab
7. For those who wear a hijab, ears must not be visible
8. Make-up is not allowed
9. Soft lenses are not allowed
10. Styled hijabs are not allowed. The hijab must be plain
11. Headbands and hair clips are not allowed
    • Name and Date of Birth (dd-mmm-yyyy) MUST BE THE SAME in the Passport and ID Card (KTP); if different, it is required to attach a birth certificate and name change certificate.
    • For children under 18 years old, Parents MUST make a Statement Letter on a Rp10.000 stamp duty (materai) stating that the Child is traveling with the Parents, mentioning the Departure and Return dates, and enclosing a Photocopy of the Parents’ ID Cards (KTP).

Confirmed Hotel Reservation Regulations

1. Must have a stamp/seal on every page
2. Must have the applicant’s name on the reservation or hotel confirmation
3. Must have check-in and check-out dates
4. Must have the Hotel Name, Hotel Address, and Hotel Telephone Number
5. Must attach all hotel reservations according to the ticket
