South Korea Visa Application Requirements
Passport with a minimum validity of the last 8 months + Old Passport (Update 20 Oct’22: the Korean Embassy no longer accepts passports with endorsement CORRECTION NAME, CORRECTION DATE OF BIRTH, CORRECTION GENDER (see page 4). If there is an Additional name / extended name, it is fine and can still be processed for Korea.
Copy of passport along with existing stamps and visas.
2 sheets of recent color passport photos, size 3.5cm x 4.5cm, white background & ears visible
Sponsor Letter from Company
Husband’s Consent Letter (if not traveling along, and attach a copy of Husband’s ID Card/KTP)
Original Bank Reference Letter
Financial Proof for at least the last 3 months (ORIGINAL Bank Statement / ORIGINAL printout with Bank stamp)
Copy of SIUP / Business Establishment Deed
Copy of PPh 21 / Copy of latest SPT tax withholding proof form 1721 A1/A2 for the last 1 year (Stamped & signed by the company) / Latest SPT 1770 tax withholding proof for the last 1 year (Stamped & signed by the Company) and Payslip for the last 3 months
Copy of ID Card (KTP)
Copy of Marriage Certificate
Copy of Name Change Certificate (if applicable)
Copy of Family Card (KK) (If Husband and Wife have different Family Cards, they must create a Statement Letter in English over a duty stamp explaining the reason for having different Family Cards and signed by both Husband and Wife)
