Electronic Visa (e-Visa) is a system developed with the aim of saving passengers from long-term and tiring bureaucratic procedures, as well as creating an alternative to visas issued at the borders. Online users can apply for visas online to the countries they wish to visit. Those who are considering applying for a visa can obtain their travel documents if they meet the requirements through the e-visa system. Online visas are issued mainly for touristic purposes. This system is not yet implemented to work permits or student visas.
E-Visa for the purpose of Tourism, Business, Family Reunification, and Short-term Research, for a specific period of time in the form of an Electronic Visa (e-Visa) approved by the Directorate General of Immigration of Indonesia for prospective Indonesian Visa applicants without having to visit the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia abroad.
The Electronic Visa (e-Visa) is valid for 3 months from the date of issue with a Duration of Stay of 60 days.
Note:
Starting Jan 1, 2024, E-VISA 211 can be extended twice (60 days for each extension).
