Requirements for Adult Passport Application

  1. Photocopy of ID Card (KTP)
  2. Photocopy of Family Card (KK)
  3. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  4. Photocopy of WNI Certificate (Specifically for those whose birth certificates list CHINESE ethnicity)
  5. Photocopy of Diploma (Specifically for New Passport applications)
  6. Photocopy of Name Change Certificate (If applicable)
  7. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (If applicable)
  8. Sponsor Letter (If status on ID Card is employee)
  9. ORIGINAL old passport (If renewal)

Requirements for Child Passport Application

  1. Photocopy of Child’s Birth Certificate
  2. Photocopy of Father’s and Mother’s ID Card (KTP)
  3. Photocopy of Family Card (KK) (Child’s name must be listed on the Family Card)
  4. Photocopy of Father’s and Mother’s Birth Certificate
  5. Photocopy of Parents’ Marriage Certificate
  6. Photocopy of Parents’ Name Change Certificate (If applicable)
  7. Photocopy of Father’s and Mother’s Passport
  8. ORIGINAL Child’s old passport (If renewal)

NOTES

All ORIGINAL documents must be brought during the photo session at Immigration.

  • Normal Passport is a regular passport that does not contain a Chip inside and has not become an International Passport standard.

  • UNDERAGE CHILD PASSPORT: Subject to an additional fee of Rp150.000.-

Additional Remarks & Important Notes

  • For ONLINE DATA, applicants must come in person to IMMIGRATION bringing ORIGINAL Documents.
  • PENLU Passports can be processed at other Immigration offices, not necessarily at Cengkareng Immigration.
  • Prices are not binding; if there is an increase in Passport fees, it will be charged to the person concerned.
  • During the PHOTO session at Immigration, it is recommended not to wear WHITE clothing.
  • During the PHOTO session at Immigration, all ORIGINAL documents of the copied documents MUST BE BROUGHT.
