IMPORTANT NOTE FOR DOCUMENT SUBMISSION

with a maximum file size of 3MB per PDF.

South Africa Visa Application Requirements

1. Passport with a minimum validity of the last 9 months (must have 2 blank adjacent visa pages).
2. Old passport if previously holding an old passport.
3. Sponsor Letter from the employing Company in English.
4. Consent Letter from Husband (if married and husband is not traveling along, and attach a copy of Husband’s ID Card/KTP).
5. 2 sheets of color passport photos, size 4cm x 6cm, background must be white.
6. Print Out Ticket.
7. Hotel Confirmation from Africa.
8. Photocopy of Financial Proof for the last 3 months with bank legalization stamp on each page (financial proof must show payroll for employees).
9. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (must be translated into English and notarized, and must be brought when traveling to Africa).
10. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (for children under 18 years old must be translated into English and notarized, and must be brought when traveling to Africa).
11. School Reference Letter (In English).
12. Photocopy of Family Card (KK).
13. Photocopy of Name Change Certificate (if applicable and must be translated into English and notarized).
14. Photocopy of SIUP (Business License, if company owner).
15. Consent Letter from Parents (for children under 21 years old and not yet employed traveling unaccompanied by parents).
16. Invitation Letter if BUSINESS.
17. Fill out the complete form and sign it. For children who do not have an ID Card (KTP), signed by parents.
