Russia Visa Application Requirements

1. Original Passport valid for a min. of 9 months + Old Passport (copy of personal data page)
2. 3 sheets of recent color passport photos, size 3.5cm X 4.5cm (white background)
3. Original Sponsor Letter (in English)
4. Husband’s Consent Letter (if not traveling along, and attach a copy of the Husband’s ID Card/KTP)
5. Original Bank Reference Letter
6. Photocopy of Financial Proof for at least the last 3 months (Bank Statement / Savings)
7. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate
8. Photocopy of Family Card (KK)
9. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
10. Student ID Card / School Reference Letter
11. Photocopy of SIUP (Business License, if applicable)
12. Photocopy of Flight / train / cruise ticket to enter Russia and exit Russia (must be original, proforma not accepted)
13. Hotel Confirmation directly in Russian language (Without this, the visa cannot be processed) *Color Print
14. VISA SUPPORT LETTER (Without this, the visa cannot be processed) Color Print
15. ORIGINAL HIV Antibody Certificate from any Hospital or Health Center (Indonesian language is allowed; Hospital / Health Center)
16. Original Invitation Letter from Russia issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation
