New Zealand Visa Application Requirements

1. Scanned Passport and visas (New Passport and Old Passport)
2. Scanned recent color passport photo, size 3.5cm x 4.5cm (background must be white, 75% face focus, and no accessories allowed) – JPG Format
3. Scanned Sponsor Letter in English, state the month/year of employment (must be signed by someone else)
4. Scanned Husband’s Consent Letter (if not traveling along, and attach a copy of the Husband’s ID Card/KTP)
5. Scanned Bank Reference Letter matching the attached savings passbook/statement
6. Scanned Financial proof for the last 3 months (Bank Statement/Savings Account)
7. Scanned ID Card (KTP)
8. Scanned Family Card (KK)
9. Scanned Marriage Certificate
10. Scanned Child’s Birth Certificate (if children are traveling along)
11. Scanned Student ID Card / School Reference Letter (in English)
12. Scanned Name Change Certificate (if applicable)
13. Scanned Return Ticket Booking
14. Scanned Hotel Booking
15. Scanned Travel Itinerary during the stay in NZ (places to visit)
16. Scanned SIUP (Business License, if business owner)
17. Scanned Invitation Letter from New Zealand (if for business purposes)
18. Scanned Declaration Visit form 1224 must be filled out and signed by the applicant
