Netherlands Visa Application Requirements

1. Passport with a minimum validity of the last 9 months + Original old passport
2. Copy of all passport pages (2 copies)
3. Original old passport + copy (2 copies)
4. Passport must NOT have any amendments/corrections on page 4 & must have a signature endorsement column
5. 2 sheets of recent color passport photos, size 3.5cm x 4.5cm (Background must be White, face enlarged 80%)
6. Sponsor Letter from Company (In English)
7. Husband’s Consent Letter (if not traveling along, and attach a copy of the Husband’s ID Card/KTP)
8. Invitation Letter from Netherlands (if business)
9. Print Out Ticket
10. Hotel Confirmation
11. Travel insurance (minimum coverage of EUR 30,000)
12. Copy of ID Card/KTP (+ Translate in English)
13. Copy of Family Card/KK (+ Translate in English)
14. Original Bank Reference Letter (In English)
15. Copy of financial proof for the last 3 months (Bank Statement / Savings Passbook)
16. Copy of Marriage Certificate (+ Translate in English)
17. Copy of Name Change Certificate (if applicable) (+ Translate in English)
18. Copy of Birth Certificate (+ Translate in English)
19. Copy of Student ID Card (+ Translate in English) / School Reference Letter (In English)
20. Copy of SIUP (Business License) (+ Translate in English)
21. Copy of WHO vaccine certificate (Sinovac, AstraZeneca, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson)
22. If planning to stay for more than 1 month / not staying at a hotel, must provide:
    • Invitation letter from the respective country stamped by the authorized government authority / Gemeente
    • Relationship with the inviter (in the form of a birth certificate)
    • Inviter’s payslip
    • Inviter’s financial proof / Bank Statement
    • Copy of Passport & Visa

NOTES

• If a child is applying for a visa, please bring the ORIGINAL CHILD’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE and FAMILY CARD at the time of the interview.
• USA & SIN Passports, Free visa for 3 months to Schengen States.
