Ireland Visa Application Requirements

  1. Passport valid for more than 8 months + photocopy of all pages
  2. Sponsor letter from company (in English)
  3. Husband’s Consent Letter (if not traveling along, and attach a copy of the Husband’s ID Card/KTP)
  4. Invitation letter (in English)
  5. Print out ticket
  6. Hotel Confirmation
  7. Travel Insurance
  8. Personal bank statement (legalized by the bank)
  9. Photocopy of Birth Certificate/Marriage Certificate (Must be in English)
  10. Photocopy of Family Card (KK) (Must be in English)
  11. 2 sheets of photos, size 3.5 \times 4.5, White background
