Hungary Visa Application Requirements

1. Original passport with a minimum validity of 9 months + (photocopy of passport pages 1-3 & 48) + old passport
2. 2 sheets of recent color passport photos, size 3.5cm x 4.5cm (80% face focus & background must be white)
3. Sponsor Letter (In English) from the Company / both parents
4. Husband’s Consent Letter (if not traveling along, and attach a copy of the Husband’s ID Card/KTP)
5. Photocopy of SIUP (Business License)
6. Original Bank Reference Letter
7. Financial proof for the last 3 months (Bank Statement/Savings Account)
8. Photocopy of ID Card (KTP)
9. Photocopy of Family Card (KK)
10. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate
11. Photocopy of Child’s Birth Certificate
12. School Reference Letter (in English) + Student ID Card
13. Photocopy of Name Change Certificate (if applicable)
14. Ticket Reservation
15. Hotel Confirmation
16. Booking of domestic tickets or eurorail tickets
17. Business invitation letter from a company in Hungary (if for business purposes)
18. Travel Insurance (minimum coverage of EUR 30,000 or USD 50,000)
19. Copy of SIUP & NPWP (if applicable)
20. Business Name Card (if applicable)
21. Photocopy of e-KITAS for Foreigners (must be legalized by KEMENKUMHAM and KEMLU RI)
