Greece Visa Application Requirements

1. Passport with a minimum validity of 9 months (photocopy of passport pages 1-3 & 48) + old passport
2. 2 sheets of recent color passport photos, size 3.5cm x 4.5cm (80% face focus & background must be white)
3. Sponsor Letter (In English) from the Company, stating; position, salary, length of employment. For self-employed, attach SIUP & NPWP
4. Husband’s Consent Letter (if not traveling along, and attach a copy of the Husband’s ID Card/KTP)
5. Photocopy of SIUP (Business License)
6. Original Bank Reference Letter
7. Financial proof for the last 3 months (Bank Statement/Savings Account)
8. Photocopy of ID Card (KTP)
9. Photocopy of Family Card (KK)
10. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate
11. Photocopy of Child’s Birth Certificate
12. Student ID Card + School Reference Letter (in English)
13. Photocopy of Name Change Certificate (if applicable)
14. Ticket Reservation
15. Hotel Confirmation
16. Booking of domestic tickets or eurorail tickets
17. Business invitation letter (if for business purposes)
18. Travel Insurance (coverage must be a minimum of EUR 30,000)
19. If there is family in Greece, attach an invitation letter legalized by the local government authority + passport + visa + address and phone number in Greece
