Germany Visa Application Requirements

1. Passport with a minimum validity of 9 months (photocopy of passport pages 1-3 & 48) + old passport, all passports must be signed. If there is a name correction, MUST attach PM1 translated into English, notarized & legalized by Kemenkumham (Apostille).
2. 2 sheets of recent color passport photos, size 3.5cm x 4.5cm (80% face focus & background must be white).
3. Sponsor Letter (In English) from the Company / both parents.
4. Husband’s Consent Letter (if not traveling along, and attach a copy of the Husband’s ID Card/KTP).
5. Print Out Ticket.
6. Hotel Confirmation during the trip to Europe (must be on Hotel LETTERHEAD and signed by the hotel party).
7. Original Bank Reference Letter.
8. Photocopy of Financial Proof for at least the last 3 months (Bank Statement / Savings) must be legalized by the bank.
9. Travel Insurance (minimum coverage of EUR 30,000 or USD 50,000).
10. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate and Family Card (KK) translated into English.
11. Photocopy of Name Change Certificate translated into English.
12. Photocopy of Birth Certificate translated into English.
13. Photocopy of Student ID Card / School Reference Letter in English.
14. Photocopy of SIUP (Business License) translated into English.
15. Photocopy of ID Card (KTP) translated into English.
16. Invitation Letter from the Company in Germany (for business purposes).
17. Invitation letter legalized by the local mayor’s office in Germany (if staying at a friend’s / relative’s place).
18. Travel insurance, minimum coverage EUR 30,000.
19. Cover Letter (travel itinerary signed by each applicant).
