Finland Visa Application Requirements
Passport with a minimum validity of 9 months (copy of passport pages 1-3 & 48) + old passport
2 sheets of recent color passport photos, size 4cm x 6cm (70% face focus & background must be white)
Sponsor Letter (In English) from Company / Business Place (On letterhead)
Photocopy of SIUP (Business License)
Bank Reference Letter
Photocopy of financial proof for the last 3 months (Bank Statement/Savings Account) Min 50 Million
Photocopy of ID Card (KTP)
Photocopy of Family Card (KK)
Photocopy of Marriage Certificate
Photocopy of Birth Certificate (for children)
Photocopy of Name Change Certificate (if applicable)
Ticket Reservation
Student ID card + Original school reference letter
Hotel Confirmation directly from the Schengen Country
Travel Insurance (coverage must be a minimum of EUR 30,000) The period must be added 15 days from the arrival date in Jakarta
Letter from City Hall, Invitation Letter, Guarantee of return to Indonesia & identity of the inviter (CNI, Carte de Sejour) *specifically for staying with family
If there is a child residing in Finland, attach a copy of passport + visa + birth certificate + invitation
Fill out the form completely and signed; for children, it must be signed by both parents
