Canada Visa Application Requirements

1. Color PDF Scan of Recent Passport with a minimum validity of the last 8 months (front page, page 4 if there is a correction, and signed page 48)
2. Color PDF Scan of Old Passport with a minimum validity of the last 8 months (front page, page 4 if there is a correction, and signed page 48)
3. PDF Scan of Valid Visa and Passport Stamps
4. PDF Scan of Old Visa and Passport Stamps
5. PDF Scan of Sponsor Letter from the company (length of employment, status & the date you are expected to return to work)
6. PDF Scan of Husband’s Consent Letter (if not traveling along, and attach a copy of the Husband’s ID Card/KTP)
7. JPEG Scan of 2 sheets of recent color passport photos, size 3.5cm x 4.5cm (white background & ears must be visible, teeth must not be visible)
8. PDF Scan of Bank Reference Letter
9. PDF Scan of financial proof for at least the last 3 months
10. PDF Scan of Family Card (KK)
11. PDF Scan of child’s birth certificate
12. PDF Scan of Student ID Card / School Reference Letter (in English)
13. PDF Scan of marriage certificate
14. PDF Scan of name change certificate (if applicable) (+ Translate in English)
15. PDF Scan of SIUP / Business License (if owning a business)
16. PDF Scan of Print out ticket
17. PDF Scan of Hotel booking
18. Fill out the Canada Small Form
19. Guests MUST come to VFS Canada for Biometrics for the 14-79 age group (This Biometric is valid for 10 years if in the future the guest wishes to apply for a Canada visa again)

NOTE: As of 11/05/2022, a valid Canada Visa in an old passport does not need to be transferred to a new passport.
