IMPORTANT NOTE FOR DOCUMENT SUBMISSION

with a maximum file size of 3MB per PDF.

Austria Visa Application Requirements

1. Original passport with a minimum validity of 9 months + (photocopy of passport pages 1-3 & 48) + old passport
2. 2 sheets of recent color passport photos, size 3.5 cm x 4.5cm (80% face focus & background must be white)
3. Sponsor Letter (In English) from the Company / both parents
4. Husband’s Consent Letter (if not traveling along, and attach a copy of the Husband’s ID Card/KTP)
5. Photocopy of SIUP (Business License)
6. Original Bank Reference Letter
7. Financial proof for the last 3 months (Bank Statement/Savings Account)
8. Photocopy of ID Card (KTP)
9. Photocopy of Family Card (KK)
10. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate
11. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
12. Student ID Card + School Reference/Exemption Letter (in English)
13. Photocopy of Name Change Certificate (if applicable)
14. Ticket Reservation
15. Hotel Confirmation, confirmation directly from the Hotel
16. Booking of domestic tickets or eurorail tickets
17. Business invitation letter from a company in Austria (if for business purposes)
18. Travel Insurance (coverage must be a minimum of EUR 30,000)
19. Business name card (if applicable)

NOTE

• The Austrian Embassy in Jakarta represents Malta and Slovenia in issuing visas. Please use the same application form as for Schengen visas. The same rules and conditions as for Schengen visas apply!
